Hind Benbya is Associate Professor of Information Technology (IT) Management at GSCM-Montpellier Business School in France. Her research consists of designing and implementing complex IT (for example, knowledge management systems, internal knowledge markets and co-creation communities). She spent the last 7 years working with leading firms in Europe and the United States to develop theories, models, and frameworks to better understand how complex IT supports knowledge creation and exchange within firms and to create value in the process.

Her publications appeared in journals including Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan Management Review, Information Technology and People, Communications of the Association for Information Systems (AIS), and Journal of Information Technology. She has published: Knowledge Management Systems Implementation: Lessons from the Silicon Valley and she co-edited "Successful OSS Project Design and Implementation." View her publications.
