Kirsten is a Communications and Community Outreach Specialist at the Development Marketplace. She has a Bachelor of Science from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington; and Masters from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. Her technical expertise is in community-based natural resource management, eco-agriculture, agroforestry, and communications. In her current work she uses design principles to construct strategic stakeholder engagement for social change.
