WBI Regional Coordination Team

Tatyana G. Leonova is the World Bank Institute's Regional Coordinator for Europe and Central Asia (ECA). She liaises with World Bank and country clients in the World Bank and with country clients in the ECA region.

Tatyana joined the World Bank in 1992 and worked on training and capacity building programs and courses for government officials, academia, and practitioners from Russia and former Soviet Union (CIS) countries. From 2006 to 2009, she served as WBI's Regional Coordinator for the countries in the Middle East and North Africa region. She worked with World Bank country teams as well as local and regional partner institutions on knowledge and capacity building in the Arab world.
