Tom has been involved with the Development Marketplace (DM) Blog since its inception in 2007. He is a frequent contributor, often in collaboration with DM finalists. He is currently the Dialogue Manager in the new DM Communities of Practice, a joint work program consisting of the Innovation and Climate Change units from the World Bank Institute, and the Sustainable Development Network from the World Bank.
