Global Dialogue Series "The Road from Copenhagen to Mexico" - Interview with Tosi Mpanu-Mpanu

"The Road from Copenhagen to Mexico" is a new WBI global dialogue series linking decision makers and climate change experts from around the world on relevant topics related to climate change.

Tosi Mpanu-Mpanu from the Democratic Republic of Congo's environment ministry and chair of the Africa Group at the UNFCCC negotiations joined the first dialogue, which focused on climate finance and the role of the World Bank.

We asked Mr. Mpanu-Mpanu after the dialogue about the implications of the Copenhagen Conference for Africa - particularly on the issue of climate finance.
