How the Bank Learns

The World Bank launched an evaluation on "Learning and Results in World Bank Operations," earlier this month. This is the first phase of an evaluation on Learning and Results. Sanjay Pradhan, vice president for Leadership, Learning and Innovation, was a panelist at the event, asking and answering questions on how the World Bank can succeed in sharing knowledge and learn more effectively.
