September 16, 2013―Read the latest blog post, "Labbing and Learning: Scaling Innovation at the World Bank Group" from the World Bank Institute's Director of Innovation Labs, Aleem Walji.

Walji, who recently spoke with Forbes and the Skoll World Forum about innovation and development, presents some key takeaways in this blog post, including the creation of the Open Data initiativeMapping for Results, the Open Aid Partnership, and the launch of the Innovation Labs.

The latter, as Walji points out, seeks to assist the World Bank in meeting its goals of ending poverty by 2030 and boosting shared prosperity by serving as a model for facilitation in action, collaboration, and experimentation.
